Refund Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This policy describes the refund terms that will apply when Dragon Gate opens paid subscriptions. No payments are currently accepted through this website.

1. Current availability

Registration, the planned 3-day free trial and subscription checkout are not open on this website. Viewing prices or clicking “Get started” cannot result in a charge. This policy does not activate a subscription.

2. First subscription payment

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of your first subscription payment, for any of the monthly, three-month or six-month plans. The window begins when that first payment is made, not when a free trial starts.

No explanation is required to qualify for this first-payment refund. The introductory refund applies once per customer; it does not restart with a renewal, plan change or new account.

3. Renewals and cancellation

For a recurring subscription, you can cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Cancellation keeps your access active until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless the payment is refunded.

Renewal payments and unused portions of a billing period are generally not refundable under the introductory offer. This does not affect refunds required by law, billing corrections or cases where paid access cannot be provided.

Renewal details and cancellation instructions will be displayed before purchase. If you cannot use the cancellation method provided with your subscription, email support@dragongatecsca.com before the renewal date for assistance.

4. Billing and access problems

If you are charged twice, charged in error or charged after a timely cancellation, contact support so the transaction can be investigated and any incorrect charge refunded.

If a technical problem prevents access to the service you paid for, contact support. We will try to restore access and, if we cannot provide it, arrange an appropriate refund for the affected service. These cases are considered separately from the seven-day introductory window.

5. Requesting a refund

Email support@dragongatecsca.com with the subject “Refund request”. Include the email used for purchase and your order reference or receipt, if available. Do not send your password or full card details.

The date you send the request determines whether it falls within the seven-day window. We aim to review requests within three business days and may request the minimum information needed to locate the payment.

6. Processing and access

Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method where supported. The time until the money appears in your account depends on that provider and your bank.

When a subscription payment is fully refunded, access associated with that payment ends and future renewals for that subscription are cancelled. A partial refund for a service issue does not automatically end the subscription; we will explain its effect when resolving the request.

7. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies. Where applicable law or the payment provider’s buyer protections give you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.
