Dragon Gate is the product and trading name of Eduardo Alejandro Padia Chang, an individual operator responsible for this website and its handling of personal information. Dragon Gate is not a registered company. The website introduces a CSCA preparation platform for international students. It does not currently provide account registration, payment processing or access to a student account.

2. Information involved
This website has no sign-up forms, contact forms, advertising pixels or application analytics scripts. It does not ask you to submit names, email addresses, passwords, study results or payment details through a form. If you choose to email support, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any details or attachments you include.
When the website is served through Cloudflare, technical request data such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time may be processed to deliver and protect the site. This is separate from any information you might later choose to provide to a learning service.
3. Purposes and service providers
We use support emails to answer your enquiry, resolve issues and handle privacy requests. Technical request information is used to serve the website, maintain availability and prevent abuse. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interests in providing and securing the website and responding to enquiries, steps you request before entering a contract, or applicable legal obligations, as relevant. Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver and store support messages. We share information with service providers only as needed for these purposes, or when legally required. Dragon Gate does not sell visitor information or use this website for behavioural advertising. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to any safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Retention and security
This static website does not maintain a visitor account database. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to answer your request, resolve follow-up issues and meet applicable legal obligations, then delete it. Retention of infrastructure request information depends on the hosting and security provider’s configuration and applicable obligations.
We aim to limit information to what is needed to operate the site. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, to object to processing, or to raise a concern with a data protection authority.
